2. Can I access my online subscription from more than one computer?
The level of access is dependent on your contract with IFIS (Islamic Finance Information Service). Your access is restricted to either a single fixed machine or to a specified number of machines. Some organisations use IP access, with no need for a username/password combination. For more information on such corporate group access, please contact Grace Pyne on +44 (0)20 7779 8071.

A subscription to IFIS (Islamic Finance Information Service) includes full access to daily news, analysis, research, and database. Plus, our email alerts service which delivers you notifications on all the latest developments within the Islamic finance industry.

6. How can I pay for my subscription?
You may pay for your subscription by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by requesting an invoice to be sent to your company. The invoice will state payment options, including details of cheque and bank transfers. For more information please contact Grace Pyne  grace.pyne@islamicfinanceservice.com or Customer Services.

8. When will my subscription start and finish?

9. How is a free trial different from a subscription?
A free trial to IFIS (Islamic Finance Information Service) will give you access to all content for a limited period (14 days). Only one free trial per person is permitted. To upgrade to a full subscription, please contact Grace Pyne on +44 (0)20 7779 8071.

10. How do I confirm my expiry date?
This can be found on your receipt, which will state the period of your subscription. You will have received a written receipt by post after your payment was processed. Alternatively, please contact Grace Pyne grace.pyne@islamicfinanceservice.com or Customer Services.

You will be reminded with emails and by post when your account is due for renewal.

Cancellations and Refunds


13. How do I cancel my subscription?

We require all cancellations to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post. Please contact Grace Pyne grace.pyne@islamicfinanceservice.com  stating the subscription number and name and address of subscriber. To improve the quality of our service please tell us why you are cancelling.

17. What are e-mail newsletters? How do I subscribe to the e-mail newsletters?

IFIS (Islamic Finance Information Service) subscribers receive summary news and analysis alerts on all the latest developments within the Islamic finance market. Please ensure you have selected your email preferences in the My Account section.

18. How do I unsubscribe from the e-mail newsletters?

To unsubscribe from any newsletter please select the Unsubscribe option at the bottom of each email you receive and follow the instructions. Alternatively, log in to www.islamicfinanceservice.com , go to 'My Account' and untick the relevant checkbox.

19. Why have I stopped receiving the e-mail newsletters?
Some newsletters are stopped by company firewalls and spam filters. Please check with your IT Department about allowing the newsletter through or alter your email account settings to allow ems.euromoneyplc.com in your 'whitelist' or 'safe senders' list. Your IT department may need to assist you with this.

If this is not the case, please contact Customer Services and we can look into this matter and check when the last newsletter was sent out. We will also double-check your email address is on the newsletter distribution list.
